With the CFI Helpdesk, no restrictions can get in our way of providing top-notch customer service anytime and anywhere.
Just login to your e-Services account, click ‘Helpdesk,’ choose ‘Open new concern’, select a category, proceed to write your query and concern, then click ‘Create Ticket,’ and you’re done.
You will simultaneously receive regular updates on your concern in the form of text messages and emails within 72 hours upon creating your ticket.
