Did you know that you do not have to visit the office if you have questions you want to be answered? Because we care for your safety during these trying times, we found ways to bring our services to you.
With the CFI Helpdesk, all your queries are guaranteed to be answered within 72 hours. Just login to your e-Services account, and on the bottom, you’ll find the Helpdesk button. Click it and choose ‘Open new concern’, Select any Category, write the specific details of your query, and click ‘Create Ticket’. Once done, you will receive a Ticket Number you can use to track when you need to follow up on your concern. And the best thing about this is that it is accessible to you 24/7.
The Coop also has its very own Call Center for concerns you want to be addressed immediately. No matter where you are in the country, all you have to do is just dial (032) 255-2525, and we are ready to cater to your needs every 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Mondays to Saturdays.
