Guidelines for the 2022 General Assembly and Election
At its annual general meeting, CFI elects its board of directors, audit, and election committee.
Here are some guidelines on how to electronically vote
- The election of officers will be conducted today, April 23, 2022, via online voting.
- You have to participate in voting the election officers and proposed amendments of by-laws.
- The registration will be starting at 8:00 am up to 5:00 pm.
Things to know & why it’s important
- Your online registration is counted as your vote
- Properly read instructions before casting your vote
- Carefully evaluate the required number of each candidate.
- Once you have selected, submit the online ballot, and its considered official and final.
- Double-check and review your votes before clicking the submit button.
Members entitled to vote:
- Must be a member of Cebu CFI Community Cooperative
- Must have a Share Capital not less than P2,000.00
- Must be a member in good standing
- Must have a registered e-Services Account
Vote based on the number required per position
- For the Board of Directors
You select a maximum of up to Eight (8) Candidates - For the Audit Committee
You select a maximum of up to Three (3) Candidates - For the Election Committee
You select a maximum of up to Three (3) Candidates
Every registrant of the virtual General Assembly will have the chance to win raffle prizes worth Php 2 million!
After submitting your vote, you will have a unique ballot number and it will be your entry in the raffle draw. If you are our lucky winner, your winning prize will be credited to your savings account, and you can withdraw it online through your CFI Wallet in your e-Services account.
