A 32-Storey CFI Condominium Project
Architect William Ti, a renowned Philippine architect, has just come up with the preliminary designs of the 32-storey condominium building of CFI to be constructed on its 3,500 square meter lot along Juan Osmena St., Capitol Site, Cebu City. This will be the first condominium project of CFI and will be named Esperanza Towers in honor of its founder, the late Judge Esperanza Fiel Garcia.
The building will have 2 floors of commercial spaces and 700 residential units. Each unit will have a balcony and the smallest units are the studios with a minimum floor area of 28 square meters. It will also have all the amenities of established residential condominiums such as a swimming pool, playroom, gym, social hall, meeting rooms, and even co-working spaces. The residential condominium will be sold exclusively to members of the COOP who wanted to a permanent place to stay right in the heart of Cebu City.
The property is centrally located and is just a stone’s throw away from major hospitals, Cebu Doctor’s and Chong Hua Hospital, 2 major schools, St. Theresa’s College and Sacred Heart School, churches, Redemptorist and Capitol Parish Churches, and shopping malls such as Robinsons, Ayala.
